Director of Legal Services

Kofoworola David [AKA Kofo David] was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2023, at the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. He is an Unregistered Barrister with a Cilex authorisation to conduct litigation and advocacy. Kofo holds an LLM in International Business Law (Distinction), the Bar Practice LLM (Merit), and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Kofo has a strong record in tribunal advocacy, legal drafting, strategic negotiation, arbitration proceedings and general conduct of litigation. Kofo also works freelance with 160 Fleet Street Chambers.

Kofo blends legal precision with generational fluency—building a practice rooted in accessibility, empowerment, empathy and practical impact that resonates with the interest and desired outcome of clients.

Alongside his legal work, Kofo has significant experience in public service, having served as a Councillor in the London Borough of Hackney, an Associate Hospital Manager in the Mental Health Law department of an NHS Foundation Trust for 6 years. Kofo has served as the President of the Racial Equality Society of Inner Temple and is the current Vice-Chair. He is a skilled negotiator with strong analytical abilities and commercial awareness.
